A Sip of Mindfulness: Full Moon Releasing Ceremony

This evening, participants will learn to use mindfulness and traditional techniques to help us release any unwanted thoughts, emotions, habits or relationships that no longer serve us. I will be serving a non-caffeinated loose leaf tea. Today’s group will include:
- A guided mindfulness meditation on becoming aware of and gently releasing negative thoughts from mind and body;
- A ritual burning away of what is no longer necessary using elements Earth (paper) and Fire;
- And a calming tea sit for grounding, silent reflection and meditation.
Materials needed and further instructions will be emailed to you upon registration. Group may extend to 9pm depending on size of group in attendance.
