$35Learn mindfulness techniques using the practice of drinking tea to ease symptoms of anxiety and depression. This morning, I will be serving loose leaf oolong tea and introducing mindful movement as we drink. Dress comfortably for light stretching as we start our day tuning in to our body’s movements.
