A Sip of Mindfulness – Full Moon Releasing Ceremony

This evening is a special treat! On January 20-21, the moon will be Full, signaling a time of release as the moon begins to wane in the sky. This evening, A Sip of Mindfulness will include a ritual exercise to help us release any unwanted thoughts, emotions, habits or relationships that no longer serve us.
This evening, I will be serving a non-caffeinated loose leaf herbal fruit tea. Today’s group will include a guided meditation, a ritual activity and a calming tea sit. Materials needed and further instructions will be emailed to you upon registration.
