A Sip of Mindfulness Presents “Self Love: Soul”

$35This week, we will continue our work from last week’s session on practicing self-love. Today’s group session will focus on “Soul.” In this session, you will learn to utilize various skills and principles geared toward healing the emotional self by exploring childhood wounds:
- Gratitude
- Grounding
- Self-compassion
- Reflection/journaling
Every ASoM group ends with a tea pour. Please check back for a listing of tonight’s non-caffeinated loose leaf tea.
This session will require extra materials, some of which I will provide. Registrants will receive a more detailed email a few days prior to session to gather any personal items they would rather use instead.
NOTE: You can register for either group, but it’s recommended to have some experience in grounding or to attend “Self Love: Body” for work on grounding prior to this group.
